Mammography
Mammography, which is an X-ray imaging process for the female breast, uses a special machine which is specifically designed to produce images of soft parts. Mammography enables us to identify small nodes or malignant modifications in the breast, even before they can be felt. It is there used primarily for preventive medical check-ups, often combined with an ultrasound examination.
