For Patients
Patients are generally registered at the clinic by the doctor treating them. The arrival date and dates for possible medical examinations/appointments are established and reserved with your doctor according to your needs.
If you are resident and registered in Switzerland, we would ask you to return the completed admission form which will be sent to you by the clinic. A copy of your insurance card is also necessary, so that we can request a commitment to provide cover from your insurance company.
International patients also have the possibility of visiting our clinics for treatment without providing advance payment. We have concluded direct payment agreements with a number of major international insurers. Without a commitment to provide cover from one of our partner health insurance companies or insurers, our clinics require an advance deposit.
Admission
Upon arrival at the clinic, you should register at reception. Our staff will then give you all the necessary information concerning your room, the public rooms and your daily programme. The anaesthetist and operating doctor will discuss all the important details with you and will be happy to answer any questions you might have. In certain cases, additional examinations may be necessary with regard to the anaesthesia or the intervention itself.
